Ciao! My name is Michelle Blessing. I am originally Irish but I now live in Copparo, Italy. I have combined my great passions in to my live and work which are English literature, animal welfare and food. So with this in mind, I am very lucky to work both as a certified TEFL teacher and a certified Vegan Macrobiotic Healthcoach.
